We are looking for an enthusiastic researcher with a PhD in skin microbiology and/or physiology. The successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of applying various laboratory techniques as well as statistical analysis of data. The post holder will be involved in investigating the impact of microbially-derived metabolites on skin physiology in ageing. This is an industry-funded post supported by the No. 7 beauty brand of Walgreen Boot Alliance and the successful candidate is expected to have an interest in translation. The research associate will be based in Manchester working closely with the research team in Manchester and the No 7 beauty brand in Nottingham. The post is available from July 2024 and will be tenable on a fixed term contract for 2 years.
