St Mary’s University is looking for an outstanding and highly motivated candidate with excellent organisational and time management skills and strong attention to detail to join our Research Services Team. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day management and administration of Research Grant awards, pre awards, application costings, management of board meetings and processing other finance such as QR funds.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with research-active academics within the University.
The key to the success of this role will be the ability to forge close, proactive and flexible working relationships across the research services teams and with the university’s academics, departmental staff, as well as external collaborators and funders. The post holder joins at an exciting time in developing services for a broader range of innovation activities, with the expectation that this portfolio will expand and evolve.
