ABOUT THE ROLE

The Testing and Assessment Administration & Support Officer will be expected to maintain and provide administrative support for the systems and processes required for testing and assessment, as appropriate. They will also provide administrative and operational support to both staff and candidates to ensure ELTS is able to deliver tests effectively and efficiently.

The role involves communicating information to candidates, other relevant parties, and stakeholders, administering the systems and processes involved in delivering tests and assessments, and inputting and extracting testing and assessment data. An ethos of strong, supportive personal contact runs through all ELTS activities, and we work hard to enable every student to develop and achieve their full potential.

Liaising with colleagues across the University, you will ensure the highest quality service to students, through the transition of international students into academic departments and strengthening the links between ELTS and the wider university.
