Newcastle University is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Accreditation & Data Administrator to join the Business, Planning and Governance Team.
You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the School's international accreditations, rankings and associated data.
You will possess demonstrable experience of working in a busy multifunctional office, ideally in Higher Education. This will include experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, organising and delivering events and you will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills. You will possess excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, together with the ability to use initiative and apply judgement. You will have comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to learn how to use other systems quickly.
This is a full-time, fixed-term post available for approximately 9 months to cover maternity leave and could be available to existing University colleagues as a secondment. You should discuss this with your current manager before submitting your application.
