We seek to appoint a motivated individual to take on the Teaching Fellow role in Islamic Studies OR Islamic Studies with Education. Candidates should hold a relevant PhD with teaching and research experience in Islamic Studies or Islamic Studies with Education.
Job Description
Post Title: Teaching Fellow in Islamic Studies OR Islamic Studies with Education
Location: Markfield, Leicestershire
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Contract Type: One year (with the possibility of a permanent position)
Reporting to: The Rector
Main Role: To teach and provide leadership in Islamic studies and education, provide academic support to students, demonstrate general academic skills, supervise students’ dissertations and research projects, and contribute to the development of academic programmes and implementation of the Institute’s academic plans.
