Job Summary
The Student Wellbeing Lead will oversee and coordinate the student wellbeing advice service for the Faculty of Engineering providing high quality advice, guidance and support to students. This will include overseeing the Student Wellbeing Advisors based in our Departments.
You will develop and manage appropriate resources, activities and training to support students’ wellbeing. You will work closely with the Faculty Senior Tutor, staff in our departments, as well as with central university support services to signpost students to counselling, mental health advice and other services internal and external to the College, and to develop proactive support for students across the Faculty.
In addition, you will manage your own caseload of students within a Faculty department and be an escalation point for some of the more complex and sensitive cases across the Faculty.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
