Payroll & Pension Administrator

Hours: 36.25 Hours per week

Contract: Fixed term – 30/06/2025

What you will be doing:

• You will be the first point of contact for staff and students who have issues or queries with their Payroll or Pension;
• Calculating under/over payments of salary
• Processing timesheets
• Monthly pension returns 
• Starters/Leavers

Qualifications/ experience:

• GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in a high volume Payroll & Pension Team
• Ability to use Windows based software 
• Experience in dealing with a wide range of people and resolving a variety of Payroll and Pension related issues
