We’re looking for a Salon Technician, are you Hair or Beauty Technician interested in a new challenge?

At NWSLC we have an exciting opportunity to be part of Hair and Beauty teaching team. You will get the opportunity to support lecturers in their delivery within class, as well as supporting the college salons to run as commercial businesses. You will be responsible for the running of the salons at Wigston and make sure all aspects of the salons are prepared and maintained.

Requirements for the role:

  • Teamwork - you must be able to work as an integral part of the salon and work well with others
  • A creative thinker - you will have the freedom to bring new ideas to the table and run with them
  • Adaptable - be able to change to your environment in a way that suits the college

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Manage and maintain all of the salons
  • Support the lecturers across both hair and beauty
  • Audit of all stock and equipment, as well as replenishing equipment and stock.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton Campus This is a great place to live with plenty of social and other facilities together with great transport links.
