We are currently seeking a Head of Programme to join our team and manage our pilots on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Head of Programme, you will deliver our high-profile research and development programme, focusing on our goals of job quality, employment support, in-work progression and inclusion.

Specifically, you will lead programmes of research and development work, making cases to widen support to find work for groups who currently miss out, in particular disabled people.

You will work to improve employment support and in-work progression and evaluate programmes, disseminating findings and new ideas to trial. You will focus on how work skills and health services can collaboratively support more people into work and how to promote healthy, inclusive workplaces with access to training and development opportunities.

Working alongside various heads of department, you will also support and collaborate with teams in Wales and throughout the organisation, as well as with our leadership team.

About You

To be considered as our Head of Programme, you will need:

- Experience of delivering complex and high-profile programmes of research and development work

- Experience in building strong relationships with government and delivery organisations, partners and funders

- Experience of developing and leading a high-performing team and managing projects

- A strong understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research

- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, or evidence of equivalent experience
