ABOUT THE TEAM
This role is part of the DTT Programme Delivery and Change Team and reports to the Director of Programme Delivery and Change. This function leads and manages the delivery of both Digital and Business Change Programmes across the Enterprise IT and Estates Portfolios, including those aligned to the DTT Strategy.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will take responsibility for leading and managing the delivery of both Digital and Business Change Programmes across the Enterprise IT and Estates Portfolios and will report to the Director of Programme Delivery and Change.
You will be required to engage with existing DTT Project Governance processes and meetings to support the successful delivery of all approved change projects. You will also deliver regular reporting to provide progress to agreed delivery plans, highlighting service risks and issues to a wide range of service stakeholders.
You will assess and prioritise conflicting demands of internal and external customers, managing relationships across the University to ensure minimal service impact across the life cycle of your project delivery into live service.
You will work closely to understand the business requirements and deliverables of Service Owners, Customers, Technical Colleagues and 3rd party providers.
You will have a strong knowledge of Project Delivery, change methodologies and frameworks and experience of working in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage. You will be able to evidence your ability to deliver programmes and projects that support business improvements.
Your skills will demonstrate technical and service aptitude, putting Customers at the heart of everything you do. Importantly, you’ll also be passionate about the development of a collaborative culture, through coaching, mentoring and sharing information and good practice with others.
