Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Co-ordinator, within the Information, Advice and Guidance team in the School of Medical Sciences.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience, with proven experience in Student Experience and a customer service environment.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a good understanding of academic and student support procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught and/or undergraduate education.
The successful candidate will ensure the coordination of our school Student Support Hub and delivery of information, advice and guidance and other student experience related activities to our taught students.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to work within a customer service environment, be able to coordinate service provision and have experience of contributing to the development and improvement of systems and procedures related to the student experience of taught students.
Anyone wishing to work in a busy and challenging environment, who has an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure and can ensure high quality procedures (that comply with University rules, regulations and policies) be applied consistently, is encouraged to apply.
This role currently has a hybrid working option and includes occasional evening work.
Please note that this Teaching Learning and Student Experience Co-ordinator role is primarily student-facing and therefore there is a requirement to work on campus a minimum of 3 days per week but may be up to 4 to 5 days per week when there is a business need.
