The User Experience and Service Specialist role is vital in driving positive change in how users interact with supported products, services and processes. By embodying automation and lean design, this role will be instrumental in transforming the overall user experience

The role will work closely with our key business stakeholders, Heads of Service, Relationship Managers and Service leads in general to influence and promote a UX focused approach to the delivery of services across Digital Technology Services (DTS) and beyond where appropriate.

You will have:

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of UX practices, policies and procedures
  • Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills
  • Experience with ITIL and Lean methodologies
  • Experience of analysis, development and improvement of UX and service processes
