The Role
As Senior Teaching Fellow in Electrical Engineering you will undertake teaching and course co-ordination while supporting the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs and other core activities ensuring students have an effective learning experience.

Qualifications Required
Master’s degree in an appropriate subject OR (if from a professional practice background) a good Honors Degree and an appropriate professional qualification and/or membership. A teaching qualification or extensive experience of delivering professional and/or university education
Our Successful Candidate
You will have demonstrable experience of successful teaching at higher education levels 4-7 in Electrical Engineering with the development and demonstration of best practice in teaching, learning and assessment consistent with our reputation and track record as a high-quality provider of teaching and learning.
You will have experience using creating teaching materials for face to face and online teaching using a VLE, and experience in the development and enhancement of an ‘active learning’ pedagogy as appropriate to the academic subject area.
Innovation and collaboration are key to our success, therefore the ability to generate and follow through innovative ideas, work both independently and part of a wider team with the willingness to engage in flexible ways of working are key skills required for this role.
