We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Sports Coordinator – Competition to join our Sports Federation team.
You will be able to provide the highest level of service to all registered University sports clubs and where appropriate, individual students. Our services include professional guidance to increase development opportunities within sports club programmes and administrative support within our competition and performance sport programmes. The post will also be responsible for managing University wide projects relating to student and staff participation in sport and physical activity, predominantly at a competitive or performance level, but with consideration for the full participation pathway in each sport.
You will have relevant experience in student sport administration and within a competitive or performance sport environment and must possess excellent inter-personal skills (written and verbal). Experience in managing successful projects and delivering agreed outcomes and the ability to monitor and manage budgets are also essential.
