We invite applications for qualified Lecturers or industry experts to join our successful Engineering Department as a lecturer in Engineering. We are keen to hear from candidates who are looking to pass on their skills to up-and-coming learners who have a keen interest in this industry.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering the following additional skills/ experience will be required for the delivery of: Electrical and Electronic Principles, Micro-Controllers / Process Control, Electronic Measurement and Testing, Programmable Logic Controllers, Industrial Power Electronics and Storage
The successful candidate/s would be required to teach on a range of Engineering programmes at Level 2, 3, 4 within the classroom and in the workshop. You will be delivering a range of apprenticeship programmes, full time level 2 and 3, HNC/D & T Levels
We offer a structured induction programme for those new to teaching, you will be paired with an experienced mentor and start on a reduced teaching timetable, gradually increasing as your experience and skills strengthen. You will gain broad experience in a teaching environment from enrolment, SAR process to results day. You will also have the opportunity to experience a variety of departments at the College. In additional to this we will offer you in depth coaching and the opportunity to achieve a recognised teaching qualification.
