As Deputy Director (International), you'll have the opportunity to lead this innovative team, shaping DMU's overarching international recruitment strategy.

Role

As Deputy Director (International), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of DMU's global engagement. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, from developing and implementing our international recruitment strategy to overseeing the performance of the International Office. You'll be instrumental in driving recruitment initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring alignment with our institutional goals. Your leadership and strategic direction will be key as we navigate the complexities of international recruitment in a rapidly evolving landscape. This role offers attractive benefits and the salary range for this role is £75,000 to £85,000, dependant upon skills and experience.
