The RCM Development team raises significant support from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations annually, ranging from Friends memberships to seven figure gifts. The Development Operations Manager develops and applies data across our philanthropic, event, partnership and venue hire activities, collaborates with colleagues on the successful identification and engagement of new supporters and leads on succinct reporting for the Development team, including analysis of key performance indicators. This post is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and is available from June 2024. RCM is happy to consider requests for flexible working, with the understanding that the successful candidate would need to come to South Kensington roughly once a week. It is designed as a full-time role, but there are aspects which could be adjusted to make it 0.8FTE (28 hours per week) if a candidate has sufficient relevant experience.
