Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Audio-Visual professional, with experience in providing a professional, customer-centric IT support service?
We are seeking a talented AV Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be supporting the Audio-Visual Rolling Replacement project by facilitating the installation of new AV equipment and technologies across the University. The role will be also required to support the day-to-day functions of the team when needed.
You will need to collaborate closely with end-users, contractors, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth installation of new systems as well as the retirement of obsolete technologies. You will also be needed to attend regular project meetings, providing project feedback to senior members on the project team.
