The Deputy Vice Chancellor Education is a senior leadership with responsibility for leading on the development and delivery of our Education Strategy, ensuring excellence in student outcomes and experience. Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor, and as a member of the executive team, this role will play a full part in shaping the overall strategic direction of the University and is pivotal in advancing the University’s education, teaching, and learning portfolio.
Strong candidates for this role will bring a proven track record of strategic leadership across education and student experience alongside outstanding communication and relationship-building skills given the influential nature of the role. They will also need to demonstrate the ability to operate confidently at a cross-institutional level, combining vision and strategic thinking with pragmatism and drive to deliver results. Candidates will bring a personal track record of academic achievement that lends them the necessary credibility across the University.
