About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Schools Liaison. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Marketing, Schools Liaison, and Admissions department by ensuring that our recruitment strategy within schools remains relevant and responsive to the needs of the skill market and Sixth Form sector.
About the person
The role focuses on strengthening relationships with schools, presenting our curriculum effectively, enhancing application conversion rates, and uncovering new opportunities within educational networks.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the education sector, proficient at delivering engaging presentations, and possess knowledge or a keen willingness to learn about post-16 programmes and developments. Handling enquiries across various communication channels, navigating complex administrative tasks, and exhibiting effective time management are essential skills.
Moreover, fostering positive interactions with students, parents, and school personnel, alongside a proactive attitude towards collaboration, is crucial. Proficiency in IT tools like PowerPoint and MS Office, strong organisational abilities, and a dedication to both internal and external relationship-building are key.
Some flexibility in working hours is required to support key activities throughout the year, including occasional events held on evenings.
