This role is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Lecturer seeking the next step in their career. We are seeking a full time Course Team Leader for Travel and Tourism to join our successful and friendly team, to cover a period of maternity leave. You will co-ordinate and support the development and delivery of the curriculum and also teach across a range of programmes. Courses offered currently include City and Guilds Levels 1 to 3, NCFE Level 3 and BTEC HNC and HND in International Travel & Tourism Management.
You will possess a degree/equivalent in a relevant subject area, together with a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (DET or equivalent) or the willingness and ability to work towards this, and will have successful teaching experience in the relevant subject area. You will also have some experience of curriculum co-ordination and development, and some experience of leading/supervising others.
