The Administration and Assessment team works proactively alongside the School and functional services (including Student Records, Timetabling, and Exams) to deliver a range of administrative services covering the whole of the student cycle.
We are seeking a talented and highly professional individual to work with the Team Leader and team members to implement our developing objectives, to lead on administrative and records functions and to work with the SAO Assessment lead to deliver excellent service to students, colleagues and to the School of Health Sciences.

Our processes, procedures and working practices are being reviewed and updated to reflect university developments and the increased application of technology and systems. Working with students, staff and external bodies we have an ambition to be high performing for all our stakeholders.
This post will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure delivery of a high standard of customer service and to support team development and improvement.
This position will be responsible for the Administration functions and will include student module and course records matters for the pre-registration courses within the School of Health Sciences. A core responsibility will be the direction, motivation and supervision of team members to deliver their functions accurately and efficiently and in accordance with our operational standards.
Leading on administration and records requires an ability to work effectively with the SAO leads for Assessment and Placements, to ensure that these functions can operate effectively and meet the demands of our users.
