Our Student Advice & Wellbeing department plays a crucial role in this mission, offering a wide range of support services to help students navigate their university experience successfully.
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive individual to join our small and busy Student Advice and Wellbeing team as a part-time time Student Advice & Wellbeing Adviser. The role is responsible for providing students with information, advice and guidance on a diverse range of matters via various communication routes. The work includes pastoral support, active listening and triage in order to identify urgent issues that need escalating to other support staff and ensuring that meetings are recorded for other purposes. The successful candidate will provide personalised support and advice to students, helping them manage a variety of personal, academic, and social challenges. This role is integral to promoting student wellbeing and ensuring that all students have the resources and support they need to succeed.
