Assessment Administrator (Mat Cover)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a vital role in supporting assessments through various administration tasks.   

Our duties include: 

• developing and processing assessments
• providing secretarial support and evidence for Board of Examiners 
• acting as the School's point of contact for timetabling 
• providing guidance on University assessment regulations and procedures

This is a full-time, fixed term Mat leave cover position starting September 2024.

With excellent organisational skills, you will demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a workload. Attention to detail and good administrative record keeping are essential. We work together as a team to achieve overall results and you will need to be a good team player. 

Previous experience of higher education administration and University systems would be desirable but not essential.
