Applications are invited for Assistant Trial Manager, to work with a team working with Professors Susan Jebb and Paul Aveyard on a research programme on diet and obesity.
The successful applicant will support the running of one or more of our studies, assisting the trial manager/senior trial manager to develop approvals for trials and setting up and monitoring trials in different sites. Responsibilities will include contacting participants, providing regular feedback to sites and coordinating centres on recruitment, supporting the development of monthly reports and data entry tasks.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in administration and have good computer literacy skills. You will have excellent communication skills, work well in a team and have excellent organisational ability.
You will be based in the Radcliffe Primary Care building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work but there may be the opportunity for occasional remote working.
The position is funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation, until 28th February 2026, with possible extension to 2028.
