Applications are invited for an appointment as Lecturer in International Law, with specialist expertise in areas of International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, or Public International Law, at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, School of Law, University of Galway, Ireland.

The postholder will be expected to develop and deliver teaching, and provide supervision, within the areas of International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, Public International Law, and International Criminal Law, International Law Mooting, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The postholder may also, from time to time, as directed by the Director of the Irish Centre for Human Rights, deliver teaching in other fields of law in which they have a competency, if required.

Salary:
€ 61,147 to 97,548 pro rata p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011)
