The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Undergraduate Admissions Team as an Assistant Manager. You will be managing the admissions process for the MBBS courses. If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual committed to providing an excellent service to applicants wishing to join one of our Medicine courses, we would welcome your application.
The role involves working with the Head of Undergraduate Admissions, and the Education Manager (MBBS). You will manage a team responsible for undergraduate admissions to the MBBS degree programme. An essential aspect will be liaison with internal and external stakeholders at all stages of the applicant journey, including applicants, teachers, UCAS and the UCAT consortium, and University recruitment, international, and accommodation services to support conversion and the achievement of recruitment targets.
You will be results orientated with excellent data and time management skills and will have experience of using admissions or student systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability with experience of working collaboratively will be key alongside administration or operations management experience from a large/complex organisation. Knowledge of Higher Education in an admissions or university context is desirable.
