This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the Estates department at Bournemouth University. We are highly motivated professionals responsible for the maintenance and service of the university whilst managing the development of our academic buildings in line with the BU2025 vision.
Reporting to the Estates Property and Operations Manager you will provide a helpdesk service to staff requiring the services of the facilities team along with fulfilling the room booking requirements of both staff & students. In addition to this you will directly support the Facilities Management team and their visiting contractors.
You will have a broad range of helpdesk and administration skills and have previous experience gained in a fast paced and vibrant office environment. You should be used to working within a small team where you will be able to prioritise and share the varied and busy workload. The ability to react to and manage a range of challenges is essential for this role along with excellent IT and communication skills.
