Saïd Business School’s Executive Education Department is a renowned provider of individual development programmes for aspiring and established leaders, as well as customised learning solutions for teams and organisations. We are seeking an innovative Associate Director, Learning Innovation and Impact (LI&I), to join our Executive Education Department. Reporting to the Director of LI&I, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to foster a culture of continuous learning, drive educational innovation and create a positive impact on participants, faculty and the broader business community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and impact strategy aligned with Executive Education's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with faculty and our broader learning community to design and deliver cutting-edge, learner- and client-centric programmes that align with industry trends and meet the needs of students and businesses.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive impact assessment framework to measure the effectiveness and outcomes of the business school's programmes and initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of learning programmes and initiatives.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of learning professionals, including performance management, coaching and mentorship.

You will possess significant experience in learning and development, innovation management and impact assessment, preferably in a leadership role. You should also demonstrate a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, curriculum design and instructional technology, and exhibit a strategic mindset capable of aligning initiatives with organisational goals.
