The Department of Management at LSE is ranked #5 in the world for social sciences and management. We attract talent from all places and backgrounds to inform and inspire a profound understanding of management, so our graduates can drive positive change in business and society.
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to help us increase the scale and impact of our student marketing and recruitment activities, while boosting engagement with our core audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s leading social science institutions and contribute to inspiring, supporting, and attracting the very best students to LSE’s enquiry-led approach to management education on a global scale.
As Marketing Officer, you will contribute to campaign management (development, implementation, monitoring, analysis, reporting), marketing and conversion activities, content creation, student recruitment events and intelligence gathering across a portfolio of management degrees. You will use strategic marketing and planning skills to work across the LSE website, social media, HTML emails, Salesforce, Google Analytics and CMS systems such as WordPress, and lead on projects from concept through to delivery and performance analysis. You will also manage and collaborate with a group of student ambassadors on various content creation projects.
To be successful in the role, you need to have a track record of engaging audiences by producing compelling content, with scrupulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the university and beyond is vital, alongside a proactive approach to monitoring and undertaking analysis of campaigns. You will also enjoy being part of an open, dynamic and supportive team.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
