Job summary
Do you want a new challenge and to influence change? This is an exciting time to join us, at Imperial within the Student Administration team in Registry.
We are working with our Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) specialists on a ground-breaking Student Lifecycle roadmap to support our student community.
Working alongside Registry managers you’ll use your expertise and drive to support the training and development needs of colleagues.
Duties and responsibilities
You will lead and deliver face to face and hybrid training that support the student administration systems and student lifecycle. Gathering feedback from customers to drive transformational change. You will be responsible for creating and designing accurate training materials in a variety of formats that meet the diverse needs of the University community.
Using appropriate software, you will write timely and accurate web content to improve the engagement process. Staff supervision, allocating and prioritising their work and monitoring individual progress and performance, to contribute to the achievement of University objectives.

Candidates will be expected to work from our South Kensington Campus a minimum of two days a week.
Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
