We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Administrator and Personal Assistant to join the Critical Care Research Group (CCRG), part of the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences, based at the JR Hospital.
 
You will provide administrative assistance to the Critical Care Research Group (CCRG) and personal administrative support to Professor Watkinson in his role as group lead and Chief Investigator for a wide range of funded research projects.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your administrative skills to include project administration. Duties will be varied and will include diary management, travel arrangements, plus supporting the preparation of reports and grant applications, raising of purchase orders, and processing of contracts.
 
You will have administrative and organisational experience, the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload and work to deadlines, excellent spoken and written communication skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with team members including senior academics, and external partners, and with a broad range of contacts from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. You will have the ability to work independently, using initiative and judgement, and as a member of a team.
