Role
This academic role is central to the DMU Education Academy’s work as a catalyst and enabler of an exceptional student experience. As part of a dynamic team, the postholder will take a leadership role in developing, delivering and evaluating a comprehensive and compelling CPD offer across the university that supports the faculties and aligns to the university’s strategic focus and priorities. The postholder will develop a research-informed and multi-modal CPD programme to ensure high levels of staff engagement and which will positively impact the student experience as evidenced by metrics and indicators

You will be a motivated and experienced educational practitioner with a detailed understanding of academic CPD requirements in Higher Education. Key role requirements include:
