We are seeking to appoint a full-time HR Analyst to join a small generalist team for a fixed term period.

The HR Analyst will support users of the Employee Self Service (ESS) and People Manager functions of iTrent, answering routine queries and seeking to make improvements to the user experience. The HR Analyst will be expected to create and run reports using Business Objects and provide data and analysis for wider use. 

During this fixed-term appointment the HR Analyst will be expected to take responsibility for planning and implementing identified improvements to the iTrent system as well as exploring ways to make HR processes more efficient through Power Apps or other appropriate software solutions.

It is important that applicants have experience of using iTrent and preferably Business Objects, the postholder will be expected to be confident working independently without close supervision.

As a member of a small generalist team it is important that the postholder is willing to assist colleagues at busy times of the year or during periods of staff absence.

This is a full-time role and the postholder will be expected to work onsite three days per week and from home two days per week.

This post is offered on full-time, fixed term basis to July 2025.
