We have a compelling Strategy which places Technology and Digital Change at the heart to deliver an excellent student experience and teaching capabilities Information Technology (IT) provides technology and digital services to the staff and students, including front line support services, infrastructure, applications, and project delivery. We are a department of 153 staff based across our London campus. We provide our staff with the flexibility of hybrid working. This role will be based at Abacus House when working onsite. The IT Information Analyst will report into the Departmental Operations Manager, as part of the Office of the CIO.

Responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for producing clear technical and user guidance to support the use of all technology and digital services provided to our customers and internally to IT teams. This includes technical, “how to” guides, webpages, newsletters, email communications etc. The IT Information Analyst will also ensure that complex IT concepts are communicated into usable and actionable data, improving overall organisational efficiency and productivity, through the development of the IT Hub.

Person Specification

We are seeking self-starterswho can perform well whilst being strategically positioned within the Office of the CIO, to improve operational efficiencies, foster user autonomy, and ensure adherence to industry standards and organisational best practices through the creation, administration, and revision of IT documentation and communications. By providing critical information and assistance to all company levels, this position contributes directly to the IT 019;s overall security and productivity.
