The Faculty of Health is looking to appoint an enthusiastic administrator to join the team responsonsible for the processing of enrolments to Undergraduate or Postgraduate modules of study for healthcare professionals looking to develop in their roles. These modules sit predominantly under the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery and of Health Professions.

You will have experience of operating in a customer facing role, be able to work as an effective member of the team and have experience of working in office administration. Experience in the use of UNITe or SITS, and Salesforce would be a significant advantage. Other attributes required for the role can be found within the job description.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis to cover a secondment until 18 April 2025.  The precise working pattern can be negotiated. The role is based in the Rolle building on the university’s main campus.
