The Research Centre for Future Transport and Cities and its Translational Impact Centre for Connected and Autonomous Automotive Research are at the forefront of mobility innovation in a rapidly changing technology-enabled world. The Role

We are seeking a Research Fellow in Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Optimisation (Research) to join The Research Centre for Future Transport and Cities (FTC). You will be responsible for conducting impactful Research within FTC to deliver a 10 month InnovateUK funded work package by realising a software solution to determine the optimal location of fixed and mobile charging points for electric vehicles. You may be required to participate in the supervision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students across the Coventry University Group.

Qualifications Required

A PhD or equivalent in the relevant area of research of engineering for electrical vehicle simulation and control or traffic simulation or operational research.
