CPRD Senior Contracts Team Leader

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CPRD Senior Contracts Team Leader to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink team in the Safety and Surveillance group.

Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: managing the CPRD contracts team and providing business contracting, legal drafting and business administration using expert knowledge to shape legal solutions.  Leading the CPRD contracts team as senior manager, undertaking complex CPRD casework and managing CPRD contracts at very senior level by leading internal and external discussions and negotiations using sound expertise in healthcare, data and contracts law.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of securing and maintaining the confidence of a range of stakeholders by building and maintaining effective and successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a client-facing role.

• Demonstrative positive customer service by understanding the complexity and diversity of customer needs and expectations and will deliver a high quality, efficient and cost-effective service by considering a broad range of methods for delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of contracts and business law, intellectual property and data protection legislation and governance relating to the use of patient data in research, including GDPR.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and security requirements in service delivery. Proactively manage risks and identify solutions.
