We are really excited to be offering a fantastic opportunity for talented recruitment/HR professionals to join us as a Recruitment Co-ordinator as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis.
This role would, ideally, be hybrid, (although remote could be considered) with some time on campus, (either our Exeter or Cornwall, Penryn campus) and some from home.
Supporting the University in its strategic ambitions, the recruitment team aim to attract the best talent globally ensuring a smooth candidate experience and robust selection process. We are looking for someone who has some recruitment or general HR experience and really loves supporting an organisation to attract and hire the best. We work with our Faculties and Support services to offer expertise around sourcing, selection and candidate management. It is an exciting time to join as we begin our journey to implement a new recruitment ATS system.
What you will be doing
You will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring that candidates and recruiting managers receive a standout service at all times. You will build strong relationships with regular recruiting managers, advising and guiding them throughout the recruitment process. You will use a variety of systems and internal processes to support our aim to find the best talent.
Team working is critical to the way our recruitment team operates. We are supportive, collaborative, and respectful and seek to deliver our values on a daily basis. It is a fast paced environment but you will join a team of Recruitment Leads, Coordinators and Administrators who work closely together.
You
You will have strong customer focus and the ability to advise and influence hiring managers. You will have previous experience as a recruitment coordinator or advisor either with a recruitment agency or within an internal recruitment team OR general HR experience. The ability to juggle priorities and work to deadlines with strong attention to detail is also critical.
Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification (available on the university's website, accessed by the 'Apply' button) for full details of this role.
