Are you an academic with proven abilities to carry out teaching and scholarship activities in Health Professions Education and related topics? Can you pursue, develop and take forward pedagogic developments? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience in a research-intensive Russell Group University?
Based in the School of Medicine, we are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified individual with experience and a track record of excellence in the teaching and scholarship of health professional educational practice. The appointee will contribute to our current portfolio of health professions programmes, both undergraduate and postgraduate and support the ongoing digital transformation of our teaching portfolio. You will have master’s qualification in a relevant field, and extensive experience in teaching, learning, and scholarship in health education.
As a Lecturer in Health Professions Education you will be an outstanding individual who can make an immediate and significant contribution to the promotion of transformational teaching for health professions students. You will lead modules and contribute to teaching and scholarship across the portfolio of programmes and contribute where necessary to evidence-informed transformational teaching practice within the School and, where appropriate, the wider University.
