The University of Glasgow has embarked upon an exciting strategic transformation programme which will cover significant changes to the Universities ERP, Research Management and Reporting Systems. The programme is in its early stages and therefore presents an opportunity for successful candidates to help influence outcomes and implement solutions that create longer term benefits for the University.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the project team in ensuring change initiatives across the project workstreams meet University Strategic objectives. This includes devising and deploying practical approaches to understanding and overcoming/mitigating resistance to change and by increasing employee adoption and usage of new ways of working including tracking and reporting on the take up and buy in to the changes. In addition, the postholder will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended (permanent) basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
