The above full-time, fixed-term post is available from September 1st 2024 to August 30th 2025 in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
The role
The 12-month, fixed-term position of Lecturer in Quantitative Methods (Politics and/or International Relations) is based in the Department of Social and Political Sciences, Philosophy, and Anthropology, and will contribute to its vibrant teaching and research community. The successful candidate will have expertise in R at the advanced level. The statistical expertise should include descriptive and inferential statistics and linear and generalised linear model (aka as regression analysis). The ability to teach ‘Introduction to Social Data’ is essential.
