An excellent opportunity has arisen for a service and solution-focused Programme Administrator within the Collaborative and Online Partnerships team in Academic Services.
It is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment and is eager to make a significant impact. This role will require confidence in communication with external stakeholders and attention to detail to maintain processes and regulations for our domestic and international partners.
This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service Sector administration.
The Role:
To undertake administration relating to the student academic experience including induction, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and retention activities.
Provide excellent customer service to students and other internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure academic programmes are administered in line with the Academic Regulations and that all relevant activities are completed in line with university processes and within required deadlines.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders. Collaborative and Online Partnerships
The post holder will join a dedicated centralised team to support the collaborative partners, new and existing, domestic and international. There are currently approximately just under 4000 students locally and internationally on University of Roehampton partnership programmes and this is a growing area.
