About the Role
This role provides a diverse range of administrative support within IT Services including reception duties as appropriate The role is expected to support the Business Support team in the deliverance of a very busy customer facing IT service. They will aid in ensuring QMUL secures the best Value For Money, driving down costs whilst raising quality and performance.
About You
The post-holder is required to contribute to the delivery of a high quality, customer focused, robust, resilient, responsive and secure customer focused IT Services, contributing to the achievement of the IT and University Strategic aims and goals.
About the Department
The ITS function sits within the Professional Services Department. It operates to enable and facilitate the success of our students and academics. Along with other Professional Services areas, ITS seeks to deliver value for money through technology, efficiency, economy, effectiveness and equity.
