Role Summary
The Senior Operations Support Administrator will play a key role within the UoB Online Education Operations team, providing support for a broad range of administrative and operational duties. This role involves working closely with managers, professional services staff, academic staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the provision of a high-quality student experience for all students studying a UoB Online programme.
Main Duties
Process more complex data, monitoring accuracy, chasing up missing information, and resolving any issues as appropriate. 10. Support periodic quality assurance related audits, report on compliance, propose solutions and develop and deliver remedial action plans. 11. You are likely to be responsible for one or more of the following: - monitoring and processing partner invoicing, - producing regular student data reports; - regular review and updating of key documentation; - support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures; - support governance-related activity; - updating and writing contents for the department’s communications; - support the development and documentation of systems and procedures to assist in the day-to-day running of the unit’s administration; - monitoring internal procedures/compliance and ensuring these are followed and disseminated as appropriate.
