About the Role
As a key IT Change Delivery team member, the Faculty Relationship Manager reports to the Head of Change and Student Experience. They prioritise the student and staff voice, enhance IT Services partnerships with Queen Mary University Faculties, and drive change adoption aligned with the University Strategy 2030.

You are curious and appreciative of people's needs and problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with School/Department staff, students, and IT Services to manage and implement IT and business changes and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance experiences at Queen Mary University of London. The main duties and expectations of the role are listed below; however, they are not exhaustive. This role is designed to be a platform for understanding the business and academic needs and influencing operational and transformational IT portfolio.
