The Royal Veterinary College is the UK's largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Member Institution of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing and biological sciences and CPD programmes in veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing.
Following an internal restructure, the Registry is developing the Registry Data and Information Systems team. This part-time Timetabling Administrator role will work with the Timetabling Manager, within the Registry and will administer RVC room bookings and timetabling information for all programmes and record information on the timetabling software. They will assist with the production of student timetables and student information. They will liaise with staff to resolve clashes in room, staff and student timetables and provide advice to students and staff on timetabling and room booking procedures. This role will help ensure the smooth running of all teaching activities and room bookings for the RVC.
The successful post holder will have the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of customers and have a high level of customer focus. You will be able to work methodically, follow set processes and procedures and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Educated to A-Level standard or with equivalent experience, the successful post holder will have the ability to make decisions and work as part of a team, and plan, manage and prioritise workload when under pressure to meet deadlines.
