About the role
The Research Programme Manager will play a crucial role in leading the setup and delivery of two high-profile studies funded by the Cancer Grand Challenges. These studies will investigate factors contributing to early onset colorectal cancer and develop and test new risk assessment and prevention methods. The two studies, PROSPECT-TwinsUK (a dietary intervention clinical trial) and PROSPECT-UK (a large-scale online community study), require diligent oversight to ensure their successful execution. The postholder will be based at the Department of Twin Research and Genetic Epidemiology and will work closely with the PROSPECT team at the Department of Nutritional Sciences at King’s College London. In addition to these studies, the role involves supporting the establishment of a broader programme of community health research and bioresource management.
