The Transformation Business Partner role is a strategically focused senior change professional responsible for the successful implementation of the University’s transformation programs within their assigned College. Collaborating with senior leaders and directly engaging with staff across all levels in their assigned Schools and College, the Transformation Business Partner will ensure the integration of successful and enduring change.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the College Change Teams(s), directly implementing the Transformation portfolio of change. Acting in a leading capacity to build capability in change across all Schools within the College and ensuring an effective interface between all Schools and College staff and the Transformation Team.
