An exciting opportunity has arisen for a graduate with relevant experience, fluent in both Japanese and English, to join the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures (SISJAC) as a Japanese Arts Database Assistant.
Key duties of the role include updating and maintaining the English database of Japanese art outside Japan, working with SISJAC and with the Independent Administrative Institution, National Research Institute for Cultural Properties, Tokyo (TOBUNKEN).
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and have a strong interest in Japanese arts and cultures.
This part-time post (0.2 FTE, 7.25 hours per week) is available from 15 October 2024 on a fixed-term basis for 3 years.
